Laboratory capability

The R&D center is continuously injecting strong power into the company's development. And it has made many technical breakthroughs in the fields of product structure design, CAE simulation & analysis, test verification and so forth. Many of which have already obtained national technical patents, and have been implemented successfully in many light weight technical developments. In the year 2019, the laboratory attached to the R&D center was granted the “National C-NAS Certified Laboratory”. Ultimately, it will escort the development of Engley R&D center, and lay a strong foundation for a deep exploration of the technical innovation.

Laboratory capability

The laboratory attached to the R&D center consists of many functional labs, such as: physical lab, chemical lab, corrosion lab, environmental reliability lab, mechanical durability lab and vibration lab etc. The laboratory has more than 50 testing equipment, which can perform many tests, from material testing to product performance testing, etc. Currently, Engley Automotive Industry already has 30 authorized patents.
