Engley Automobile was established in 1991 and listed on Shanghai A-share in April 2021. Its parent company, Cayman Engley was listed in Taiwan in January 2016. Engley Automobile is headquartered in Changchun, China. The company focuses on the research, development and manufacture of safe, environment-friendly, energy-saving and light-weight automobile parts. By the end of 2020, the employees already exceeded 4,000.

The company serves more than 20 well-known automobile brands with its R&D and manufacturing services for metal and non-metal automobile parts and tooling. The main customers include FAW-Volkswagen, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, FAW Red Flag, SAIC-Volkswagen, BMW, FAW Besturn, Geely, NIO, WM Motor, etc. The R&D center's laboratory was completed in January 2018 and officially put into use in May. The laboratory covers about 1,547 square meters, and it is now an in-house laboratory of Changchun Engley Automobile Industry Co., Ltd and attached to the R&D center.

The laboratory attached to the R&D center consists of many functional labs, such as: physical lab, chemical lab, corrosion lab, environmental reliability lab, mechanical durability lab and vibration lab etc. The laboratory has more than 50 testing equipment, which can perform many tests, from material testing to product performance testing, etc. Engley automobile is taking the “provider for light-weight solutions” as its vision, the “better company, better life” as its mission, working hard to become a top supplier in the automobile part industry which could satisfy the customers and pleasing the employees.

The company is experienced in the design and development for diversified process parts (made from different materials: GMT, D-LFT, SMC, LWRT, reinforced glass fiber). The major customers are FAW-Volkswagen, BBAC, FAW Red Flag, FAW-Besturn, BMW etc.

Subsidiaries of Engley Automobile - Changchun Light Weight Technology Co., Ltd was established in September 2013. It is located in No. 699, Changda Road, High-Tech Development Zone, Changchun City. The plant covers 15,768 square meters. And the company is experienced in light weight thermoplastic materials, non-woven materials, etc. Currently, the company is feeding the major customers FAW-Volkswagen, SAIC-Volkswagen, FAW Car with sheet materials for all kinds of hot pressing parts.

Subsidiaries of Engley Automobile - Suzhou Engley Auto Part Co., Ltd was established in 2008. And it is located in No. 32, Taizhong Road, Yuewang Yuezhen Village, Shaxi Town, Taicang City, Suzhou City, China. It mainly produces various plastic automobile parts and CCBs.

Subsidiaries of Engley Automobile - Changsha Engley Auto Parts Co., Ltd. It was established in 2014. The company covers 34,889 square meters and the floor area reached 15,538 square meters. The company majors in producing, processing and marketing the aluminum alloy products, rolled bumpers, plastic products, automobile parts and components etc. The core products include front/rear bumper, CCB, FEM and under cover plate. The major customers are SAIC-Volkswagen and GAC FIAT CHRYSLER Automobiles Co., Ltd

And it covers 66,667 square meters. The company covers 74,000 square meters. The major customer is FAW-Volkswagen & Audi. And also it is supplying some parts and components for GAC Group, Xiaopeng, Baoneng, BYD, Hengchi etc.

It was established in May, 2011 and located in No. 31 Lianzhong Road, Automobile Industry Park, Yangzhou City (Yizheng), Jiangsu Province. The floor space of the company reached 50 acres. The major products are non-metal products such as FEM, under cover plate, water chute etc. And welded metal product such as CCB. The major customers are Volkswagen Yizheng, Volkswagen Nanjing, SAIC Group Nanjing Branch, SAIC Maxus, Chery, NIO, etc.

All the suppliers and out-sourced contractors of the company are required to sign the “Environmental Protection Agreement”, which requires the suppliers and out-sourced contractors to achieve an up-to-standard discharge for exhaust gas/waste water/solid waste, zero accident, yearly reduction for the consumption, comply with regulations, and emphasize on prevention and environment protection. In order to expand the depth and breadth of the supplier management, the suppliers and outsourcers are invited to fill out the "Supplier/Outsourcers Environment Review Form" for their self-assessments. And this review form is regarded as an important basis for supplier management evaluation and purchasing procedures.

The major operation base of the company is located in mainland China. The employees are covered by social security (including pension, medical security, maternity insurance, occupational injury and unemployment) in accordance to the local labor laws and regulations to guarantee the employees’ welfare. And the company provides shuttle bus transportation, employee canteen, car purchasing allowance and other welfare measures. The major operation base of the company is located in mainland China. In accordance to the local labor laws and regulations, the company offers social security for the employees. The social security fund is deducted from the employees’ salaries monthly and paid to the local Bureau of Social Security. When reaching the legal age for retirement, employee could raise application to the local authority for pensions. The pensions for all the in-job/retired employees are overall managed by the local government.

In order to promote the company’s business philosophy and cultivate the enterprise culture, the company has been publishing the quarterly in-house journal “the window of Engley” since 2017. The target of “the window of Engley” is to strengthen the communication between the company and the employees, and to unite the employees and create solidarity and cohesion for the company. The Company held a congress of workers and staff on July 12, 2018 and elected Mr. HOU Quanchang as the chairman. As per “the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China”, the employees established grass-root trade unions and perform trade union activities. The trade union of the company represents the interests of the employees and protects the legitimate rights and interests of the employees according to the laws. It also assists the company to reasonably arrange and use the welfare and incentive funds of the employees. The trade union organizes the employees to study the political, scientific/technological and business knowledge, and arrange cultural and sports activities as well. It educates the employees to follow the labor discipline and strive to complete the economic tasks of the company.
